Same-origin policy bypass in Google Chrome before 148.0.7778.216 allows remote attackers to cross origin boundaries via a crafted video file. The Media component processes the file incorrectly, but Google has not disclosed the affected code path or the erroneous operation. A user must encounter attacker-controlled content that loads the file; the published impact is limited to bypassing browser origin isolation.
