CVE-2026-98768

Unspecified impact via interrupt-workqueue teardown race

Published Oct 18, 2026 · Updated Oct 18, 2026

Linux ANX7411 driver teardown races allow attackers to cause unspecified impact via interrupts during device removal. The anx7411_i2c_remove function destroys the workqueue while its device-managed interrupt can still enqueue plat->work. Reachability requires the affected driver and an interrupt overlapping removal; published sources do not establish attacker privileges or a specific crash, disclosure, or code-execution outcome.
