Use of default credentials in Roche Diagnostics navify Digital Pathology 2.0.0 through 2.4.1 allows remote attackers to alter RabbitMQ queues. The RabbitMQ Management interface retains the guest:guest account unless installers change it, granting full dashboard access that permits queue deletion and message injection. Reachability requires network exposure of the on-premises management interface; abuse can halt queue processing and temporarily interrupt operational workflows without exposing patient data or causing permanent data loss.
