Internal service access via unvalidated reference URLs

SSRF in FlowIntel before 3.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to send server-side HEAD requests through external reference URLs. The _probe_external_url function passed each supplied URL directly to requests.head with redirects enabled, without validating its scheme, hostname, DNS results, or destination address. Any authenticated user able to add an external reference can reach internal services or cloud metadata endpoints from the server's network context.
