Stored script execution via unsanitized convert names

Stored XSS in MISP cti-transmute's development-branch notification panel allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through convert names. The bell dropdown inserts notification text containing an untrusted convert name with innerHTML, so browser parsing turns injected markup into executable script. An attacker must control a convert name and wait for an authenticated user to open the panel, exposing that user's application data and session actions.
