Stored script execution via disguised SVG upload
Published Sep 25, 2026 · Updated Sep 25, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Krayin CRM 2.2.0 through 2.2.5 allows remote attackers to execute script via a disguised SVG upload. Sanitizer.php checks the uploaded filename for an SVG suffix, while the TinyMCE media path derives the stored extension from file content, so an SVG named as another image type bypasses sanitization and is served as SVG. Exploitation requires access to the TinyMCE media upload and a browser to load the stored file, allowing script to run in the viewing user's origin.
