Authenticated SYSTEM code execution via path traversal
Published Jun 24, 2026 · Updated Jun 24, 2026
Path traversal in ATEN Unizon 2.7.262.002 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM through ImportDeviceList. ImportDeviceList uses a user-supplied path in file operations without validating that the resolved path remains inside an authorized directory. High-privilege authentication is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code with Windows SYSTEM privileges.
