Invoice status manipulation via missing nonce validation
Published Jun 5, 2026 · Updated Jun 5, 2026
CSRF in LatePoint 5.6.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to change arbitrary invoice statuses through a forged administrator request. The invoices__change_status action reaches change_status without validating a WordPress nonce before applying the supplied invoice status. Exploitation requires a site administrator to submit the forged request, which can mark unpaid invoices as paid without consent.
