Cross-user file disclosure via unchecked download UUID

Authorization bypass in pretix allows remote authenticated users to download other users' temporary files through a download API. The endpoint accepts a UUID without checking that the referenced temporary file is marked for download and belongs to the requesting user. Exploitation requires low-privileged API access and prior knowledge of a valid, long random UUID, ordinarily obtainable only through a separate information leak such as exposed logs.
