Build resumption via non-POST endpoint

CSRF in Jenkins Multijob Plugin 662.vd2e0001f6b_b_d and earlier allows remote attackers to resume failed Multijob builds. The affected resume-build HTTP endpoint accepts state-changing requests without requiring POST, so a browser can submit them cross-site. Exploitation requires an authenticated Jenkins user to load attacker-controlled content, and the bounded effect is resumption of a failed Multijob build.
