CSV injection in mrodrig json-2-csv 3.15.0 through 5.5.10 allows attackers to place executable formulas in generated CSV files. The preventCsvInjection sanitizer removes formula-leading characters only at position zero, leaving the same characters intact after leading spaces. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled values to reach JSON-to-CSV conversion with the option enabled and a recipient to open the resulting file in a formula-evaluating spreadsheet.
