Unauthenticated database access via raw album identifier
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
SQL injection in Photoview 2.4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read and write database data through a crafted album download URL. The album download handler passes the unvalidated album_id path segment to GORM's db.Find as a shorthand condition, turning it into a raw WHERE predicate. No session or share token is required because the query runs before authorization, and MariaDB's enabled multi-statement mode permits blind extraction and stacked data changes.
