Unauthenticated stored XSS via unsafe data-label rendering
Published Sep 30, 2026 · Updated Sep 30, 2026
Stored DOM-based XSS in WP Shuffle Frontend Post Submission Manager Lite 1.3.4 and earlier lets remote attackers run scripts in visitors' browsers. Submitted post_content reaches an uploader data-label attribute without adequate sanitization or output escaping, allowing the browser to execute injected script. Exploitation requires a site operator to publish an [fpsm] guest-submission form; that page exposes the nonce accepted by its public AJAX handler.
