Bluetooth command access via shared authentication state
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
Authentication bypass in Pollen Robotics Reachy Mini 1.11.0 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to issue Bluetooth commands. The command characteristic's WriteValue handler discards BlueZ caller options, while the service records PIN success in one shared authentication flag rather than binding it to a device. A nearby attacker can wait for a legitimate device to authenticate and then submit CMD_ commands during the same session without knowing the PIN.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
