Cell service interruption via unchecked NAS payload

Improper NAS payload validation in Baicells Nova430H eNodeB through BaiBLQ_3.0.12 lets physically proximate attackers interrupt service. During connection setup, the eNodeB forwards an invalid NAS payload in a malformed uplink message to the core network without validating it. An unauthenticated device within radio range can thereby shut down the cell's signaling association until the eNodeB and core network reconnect.
