Published Oct 1, 2026 · Updated Oct 1, 2026
Stored XSS in WPDeveloper Essential Blocks for Gutenberg 6.4.5 and earlier lets remote authenticated users run scripts through Google Map markers. The frontend InfoWindow builder decodes marker title and content values from stored JSON and concatenates them into raw HTML without adequate escaping. Contributor-level access is required to place a malicious marker; the script runs when a visitor opens the affected page.
