CVE-2026-9617Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Superuser escalation via unquoted column identifiers

Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026

SQL injection in DALIBO PostgreSQL Anonymizer before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL as a privileged caller. anon.k_anonymity() aggregates names from anon.pg_identifiers and inserts the resulting comma-separated text into a dynamic GROUP BY clause without quoting each identifier. The attacker needs CREATE TABLE and security-label privileges, and a superuser must invoke the function on the crafted table; PostgreSQL 15 and later revoke public-schema creation by default.
