Authenticated file disclosure via absolute sound_path

Path traversal in Sangoma Switchvox SMB Edition 8.3 (104997) allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The play_file functionality passes the user-controlled sound_path value to filesystem access without rejecting absolute paths or confining access to its intended directory. A valid portal session is required, and successful requests disclose files readable by the service without modifying data or interrupting calls.
