Unauthenticated script execution via unsanitized portal parameter
Published Jul 17, 2026 · Updated Jul 17, 2026
Reflected XSS in Sangoma Switchvox SMB Edition 8.3 (104997) through 8.4.0.1 allows remote attackers to run scripts via a crafted portal parameter. The invalid_browser and invalid_browser_login handlers insert portal input into generated JavaScript without context-appropriate sanitization or encoding. No authentication is required, but a victim must open the crafted URL; the script then runs in the victim's browser within the Switchvox origin.
