Unauthenticated blind SSRF via XML URL parsing
Published Sep 22, 2026 · Updated Sep 22, 2026
Blind SSRF in MISP before 2.5.47 allows remote attackers to make arbitrary outbound HTTPS requests through unauthenticated XML posts. The RequestHandlerComponent automatically decodes XML write bodies, and Xml::build() lets bare HTTPS URLs bypass its readFile guard because of operator precedence. Reachability requires the unauthenticated cspReport endpoint and server egress; attackers receive no body but can probe or trigger reachable HTTPS services.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
