Unauthenticated file placement via path traversal

Path traversal in Acrel Electrical EEMS Enterprise Power Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to place files. The /SubstationWEBV2/app/..;/main/upfile endpoint accepts the path argument without restricting the resolved destination to the intended upload directory. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient; public evidence establishes out-of-directory file placement but not file reading or code execution.
