Root command execution via unsanitized admpass

OS command injection in the N300RH web interface 6.1c.1353_B20190305 allows remote attackers to execute commands as root via admpass. The setPasswordCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes the user-controlled admpass value into an operating-system command without sanitization or escaping shell metacharacters. The handler is reachable without authentication or user interaction, granting root-level control of the router when its management interface is network-accessible.
