Cross-origin memory disclosure via unchecked subgroupBroadcast ID
Published Sep 29, 2026 · Updated Sep 29, 2026
Uninitialized memory use in Google Chrome on Android before 154.0.8037.57 allows remote attackers to read GPU-process memory via crafted HTML. Tint's SPIR-V writer fails to guard an out-of-range subgroupBroadcast ID, allowing an uninitialized GPU register value to reach JavaScript. The victim must load WebGPU content on affected Android graphics hardware; the public issue reports no memory corruption or attacker control over the register contents.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
