Local dwggrep crash via malformed DWG

Null pointer dereference in GNU LibreDWG 0.14 and earlier allows local users to crash dwggrep with a malformed DWG file. In programs/dwggrep.c, match_BLOCK_HEADER reads through a null pointer while matching BLOCK_HEADER objects from the malformed file. The user must invoke the local command on attacker-controlled file content; the demonstrated consequence is termination of that dwggrep process.
