CVE-2026-95272Network attack vectorHinoki check available

File access via unsanitized screenshot directory name

Published Sep 22, 2026 · Updated Sep 22, 2026

Path traversal in changedetection.io 0.60.0 through 0.60.7 allows remote attackers to access files via a crafted screenshot filename. The static_content route joins the unsanitized filename to the datastore path before send_from_directory serves a fixed screenshot basename. The request must reach the screenshot branch; password protection can block unauthenticated access unless shared-diff access is enabled, and the public record does not define the readable-file boundary.
