Unauthenticated internal service probing via incomplete IP filtering
Published Oct 5, 2026 · Updated Oct 5, 2026
Server-side request forgery in UEditor catchImage in Feehi CMS 2.1.1 allows remote attackers to probe internal HTTP services via crafted image URLs. The saveRemote method checks resolved addresses with a private-range-only filter, then passes loopback and link-local URLs to get_headers and readfile. The assets action is allowed without authentication; differing responses reveal whether a targeted internal port accepts a connection, but the demonstrated probe does not establish arbitrary response-body disclosure.
