Authenticated command execution via unvalidated WLAN index

OS command injection in TOTOLINK CA750-PoE 6.2c.510 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via crafted requests. The setWebWlanIdx function in global.so passes attacker-controlled webWlanIdx input into an OS command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. A valid management session is required; a crafted POST to /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi can start a shell service and yield command execution on the appliance.
