Heap over-read via unterminated LTYPE string

Out-of-bounds read in GNU LibreDWG dwggrep 0.1 through 0.14 allows local users to read process memory via a malformed DWG file. The match_LTYPE path passes the 512-byte LTYPE.strings_area buffer to bit_convert_TU as one null-terminated UCS-2 string, so a missing terminator lets conversion scan past the allocation. Exploitation requires local execution of dwggrep against a crafted file; the demonstrated result is a two-byte heap read and AddressSanitizer-detected crash, with no demonstrated code execution.
