Process crash via malformed compressed DWG section

NULL pointer dereference in GNU LibreDWG 0.14 and earlier allows local users to crash DWG-processing applications with a malformed DWG file. The 2004 compressed-section decoder fails to reject section addresses and sizes that exceed the decompression buffer, leaving entity traversal to dereference a null pointer in dwg_next_entity. The demonstrated path requires a local user to run dwg2SVG against the crafted file and interrupts only that process; no code execution or data access is reported.
