Local crash via unchecked decompression offsets

Heap-based buffer overflow in GNU LibreDWG 0.14 and earlier allows local users to crash dwgread with a malformed R2004 DWG file. decompress_R2004_section copies decompressed bytes using unvalidated end and offset values, permitting a one-byte write past its heap allocation. Local access and permission to invoke dwgread are required; the published artifact demonstrates an out-of-bounds write and crash, not code execution.
