Reflected XSS via unescaped booking editor mode
Published Oct 9, 2026 · Updated Oct 9, 2026
Reflected XSS in Salon Booking System 10.31.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute browser scripts via crafted admin links. The booking editor inserts the untrusted mode parameter into booking metabox HTML attributes without adequate allowlisting or escaping. Exploitation requires an administrator to open the crafted link, and script execution occurs in the affected site's browser context rather than directly on the server.
