Unauthenticated account takeover via exposed push queue
Published Oct 2, 2026 · Updated Oct 2, 2026
Authorization bypass in WPMobile.App 11.82 and earlier lets remote attackers steal password-reset links through the plugin's push queue. The plugin exposes queued push rows without verifying request authorization, while mail-to-push copies password-reset URLs and keys into those rows. Account takeover requires wpmobile_auto_mail=1 and a reset email for the targeted user; administrator accounts are exposed when those conditions hold.
