Database disclosure via unescaped sort_by parameter
Published Oct 3, 2026 · Updated Oct 3, 2026
Time-based SQL injection in PSM Web Solutions PVT LTD SupportCandy 3.5.3 and earlier lets remote authenticated users infer database data. The ticket-list sorting path handles the user-controlled sort_by value without sufficient escaping or query preparation, allowing injected SQL to alter an existing query. Exploitation requires both a WordPress Subscriber-level account and a SupportCandy Agent account with Assign Agents permission; the documented impact is information disclosure.
