Unauthenticated command execution through shell-enabled spawn
Published May 25, 2026 · Updated May 25, 2026
OS command injection in FoundDream miniclawd allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through crafted agent messages. ExecTool.execute forwards its command string to Node.js spawn() with shell enabled, causing the host shell to parse unvalidated metacharacters. At miniclawd 2d65665046e2222eeea76cafc8570ed546a8c125, a crafted message must induce the agent to invoke the exec tool; commands inherit the process's operating-system privileges.
