Guest address disclosure via unchecked cart association
Published Sep 22, 2026 · Updated Sep 22, 2026
IDOR in Spree Commerce 5.4.0 through 5.4.3 and 5.5.0 through 5.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to read guest addresses. The associate action resolves a guest cart by reversible prefixed ID but omits the cart-token authorization check used by sibling actions. Exploitation requires an account, a non-login-required store, and a guest cart with address data; association exposes that data and disrupts the cart.
