Stored XSS via unescaped Chatter change values
Published Sep 21, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Aureus ERP before 1.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in other users' browsers. The Chatter field-change template passes old_value and new_value through Blade's raw-output syntax, so tracked text is rendered as executable HTML. Exploitation requires permission to edit a tracked text field and another user to open the record's Chatter panel, placing that viewer's browser session at risk.
