CVE-2026-94374Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Cross-event report takeover via client-supplied identifier

Published Sep 21, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026

Insecure direct object reference in MISP before 2.5.47 allows remote authenticated users to read or overwrite other events' reports. The Event model's processModuleResultsData method passes a client-supplied EventReport id to save(), causing the ORM to update an existing row instead of inserting one. Access requires permission to submit module results; a crafted id can reparent the targeted report, disclose its content, and replace its fields.
