Authenticated command execution via stored sqlText injection
Published May 25, 2026 · Updated May 25, 2026
OS command injection in DTStack Taier 1.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through crafted REST API sqlText. The REST API stores sqlText in MySQL without sanitization, then a job run passes it to Runtime.exec with an sh -c prefix. Any authenticated user with task or job creation permission can execute commands with the Taier service account's operating-system privileges.
