Remote command execution via unquoted enable parameter
Published May 25, 2026 · Updated May 25, 2026
OS command injection in TOTOLINK A8000RU 7.1cu.643_b20200521 allows remote attackers to execute commands through its web interface. setL2tpServerCfg formats the enable value into a command passed through CsteSystem to execv without neutralizing command syntax. The CNA rates the flaw as requiring no privileges, although the demonstrated request contains a session cookie; exploitation runs arbitrary OS commands on the router.
