Account session swap via unbound OAuth callback
Published Oct 1, 2026 · Updated Oct 1, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Apache APISIX 3.17.0 through 3.18.0 allows remote attackers to bind a victim's browser session to their account. The feishu-auth and dingtalk-auth browser callbacks exchange query-string authorization codes without checking that the code belongs to the session that began login. The attack requires a configured plugin route and a victim who opens a crafted link; subsequent work in that browser session is associated with the attacker's account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
