Stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads
Published Sep 21, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026
Stored XSS in Omega Solution HRM OS 20260717 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via uploaded SVG files. The SVG File Upload component accepts active JavaScript without sanitization, and /media/view/ serves the stored file in the application origin. Exploitation requires a logged-in user with upload privileges and another user to open the SVG, enabling attacker-controlled actions in that viewer's session.
