Data disclosure via disabled host-key verification
Published Oct 15, 2026 · Updated Oct 15, 2026
Host-key verification bypass in Apache Airflow SSH Provider before 7.0.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read task data. The shared SSHHook also affects Apache Airflow SFTP Provider before 7.0.0, accepting arbitrary server keys unless host_key is configured or no_host_key_check is explicitly false. Attackers must intercept a worker's SSH or SFTP connection to impersonate its server and capture credentials or data sent by a task.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
