Remote command execution via unsanitized enable parameter

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A8000RU 7.1cu.643_b20200521 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted request. The setGameSpeedCfg handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi inserts the enable parameter into a command string passed through CsteSystem to execv without neutralizing shell syntax. Network access to the router's web management interface is required; the published proof of concept supplies a SESSION_ID cookie and demonstrates command execution by creating a file.
