Internal resource access via unsanitized invoice logo URL
Published Sep 20, 2026 · Updated Sep 20, 2026
SSRF in the invoice PDF renderer in vas3k TaxHacker 0.8.0 through 0.8.5 allows remote attackers to access internal resources. The unauthenticated generateInvoicePDF Server Action passes businessLogo unchanged to @react-pdf/renderer, which fetches arbitrary HTTP or HTTPS URLs and embeds image responses in the returned PDF. The public route and deterministic action identifier make no session necessary; exposure is bounded to resources the server can reach and content the renderer accepts.
