Credential disclosure via unfiltered settings response
Published Sep 19, 2026 · Updated Sep 19, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Grimmory 3.3.0 through 3.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted application settings. AppSettingController.getAppSettings returns the complete settings object without applying the permission checks that protect administrative values. Any valid account can retrieve configured OIDC client secrets and third-party metadata API keys or cookies; disclosure depends on those values being configured.
