CVE-2026-9394

Credential recovery via offline BLE password cracking

Published May 24, 2026 · Updated May 24, 2026

Weak authentication in BESEN BS20 EV Charging Station 20260426 allows physically proximate attackers to recover credentials over BLE. The BLE authentication handshake can be captured for offline brute-force cracking because the device uses a fixed six-digit numeric password and ships with a shared default. BLE proximity is required; recovered credentials allow unauthorized device access, while the published assessment reports only limited confidentiality impact.
