Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized resetFlags

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A8000RU 7.1cu.643_b20200521 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via resetFlags. The setUpgradeFW handler formats the untrusted value into a command string passed through CsteSystem to execv without neutralizing shell syntax. Network access to the web management interface is sufficient, and successful injection runs commands on the router.
