Unauthenticated service crash via unchecked URL copy
Published Sep 19, 2026 · Updated Sep 19, 2026
Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A3002MU Hh-B20211125.1046 allows remote attackers to crash its Boa web service via an HTTP request. The formWlWds handler copies the user-controlled submit-url value into a fixed-size buffer without enforcing a reliable length boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is loss of the router's management service.
