Unauthenticated internal service access via unchecked baseURL
Published May 24, 2026 · Updated May 24, 2026
SSRF in ItzCrazyKns Vane 1.12.0 through 1.12.1 allows remote attackers to read internal service data via the Model Provider API. The unauthenticated POST /api/providers route accepts an arbitrary baseURL, then provider code fetches a derived model-list path without blocking loopback, private, or link-local targets. A network-reachable instance is the only gate; responses expose expected JSON data or parser-error fragments and support internal service probing.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
