Unauthenticated API access via unprotected route mounting
Published Sep 18, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Missing authentication in Forget-C Jellyfish 0.1.0-alpha and 0.2.0 through 0.3.2 allows remote attackers to alter API data. The application mounts every v1 router without an authentication middleware or dependency, while dependencies.py supplies only database and LLM objects. Exposure requires a network-reachable backend; anonymous callers can overwrite provider credentials, host files, delete projects, and trigger generation tasks.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
